“E mereço esperar mais do que os outros, eu?
Tu não me enganas, mundo, e não te engano a ti.
Esses monstros atuais, não os cativa Orfeu,
a vagar, taciturno, entre o talvez e o si”

Carlos Drummond de Andrade

Environs. The name of the street I live on; I have lived most of my life in this house and have many memories to keep. In French, it means surroundings, an adjoining region or space. I am a product of my surroundings/environment. I advocate for frequent change, but I’ll never stray from my roots. Shout-out to Billy from The Body Gallery in Sterling, VA for an amazing first time experience!

“Introverts, in contrast, may have strong social skills and enjoy parties and business meetings, but after a while wish they were home in their pajamas. They prefer to devote their social energies to close friends, colleagues, and family. They listen more than they talk, think before they speak, and often feel as if they express themselves better in writing than in conversation. They tend to dislike conflict. Many have a horror of small talk, but enjoy deep discussions.”
